胃水球減重計劃 Gastric Balloon Program
1. 體格檢查Physical Examination:
- 於每次覆診量度身高、體重、腰圍、血壓及脂肪比率
Measurements of height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, and body fat% on every visit
2. 首月及第六個月驗血檢查Blood Tests 2 x (month 1 and month 6):
- 血全圖 Complete blood picture
- 空腹血糖 Fasting glucose
- 血脂 Lipid profile ：
- 總膽固醇，三酸甘油脂 － Total cholesterol, Triglycerides
- 高密度及低密度擔固醇 － HDL-C, LDL-C
- 肝功能 Liver function
- 谷丙轉氨酶及谷草轉氨酶 － ALT, AST
- 總膽紅素、鹼性磷酸酶 － Total bilirubin, Alkaline phosphatase
- 丙種谷氨轉酶、總蛋白質、白蛋白 － Gamma GT, Total proteins, Albumin
3. 胃水球的置入及取出手術所包括項目For insertion and removal of balloon:
- 胃鏡手術OGD procedure
- 麻醉Anesthetic
- 醫院手術室Operation theatre
- 私家醫院兩晚（普通病房）2 x one night hospital stay (standard room)
- 胃水球一個 1 x Gastric balloon
